Arjen 'AJ' Althuis, MBA
Managing Partner
Arjen 'AJ' Althuis has over 18 years experience in HR Consulting, HR Strategy & Management, Talent Management and Business Development. During his international career he has worked extensively in Europe and North America, and has lived in 3 countries in the last 10 years. He has worked as Vice President of Consulting Services for Guidant Group, a leading Managed Service Provider of contingent labor, establishing a new division with strong analytical methodology to recommend improvement opportunities in talent acquisition for its clients. Prior to this he worked as Vice President of Business Development for Vurv Technology, now Taleo, where he quickly designed and implemented a comprehensive and profitable partnership model. Before this he worked as an Executive for Accenture in their Human Capital Management Consulting group, leading redesign programs of international HR organizations for large multinationals. Before his transition into consulting, AJ held various senior HR management positions at Nike and a number of other large organizations. In his earlier career he held several leadership roles with Randstad Holding in the staffing industry.
